Junior Energy Consultant

We’re looking for a Junior Energy Consultant to support our growing energy consulting services. In this role, you’ll work closely with senior consultants, gain hands-on experience, and contribute to innovative sustainability solutions — all within a flexible hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities:

Support building energy performance assessments and analyze consumption data to identify inefficiencies

Assist in preparing technical reports, cost-benefit analyses, and energy-saving recommendations
-
Participate in client meetings and site visits to ensure solutions meet sustainability and regulatory goals

Contribute to developing energy strategies, decarbonization roadmaps, and monitoring frameworks

Stay updated on industry trends, standards, and best practices while supporting internal knowledge sharing
Qualifications and Skills:

University degree (Master’s preferred) in engineering, building sciences, or related fields
-
Understanding of building technology, energy efficiency, or sustainability is an advantage
-
Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills
-
Eagerness to develop consulting skills and grow professionally
-
Internship or relevant experience is a plus, but not required
-
Fluent in Hungarian and working proficiency in English
-
Able to work independently and in teams, with precision and persistence

Support green building certification projects from start to finish

Collect and analyze technical data and conduct on-site surveys for certification and sustainability consulting

Assist in developing recommendations and action plans to improve sustainable building performance

Participate in client meetings and site visits to ensure solutions align with sustainability targets and regulatory requirements

Collaborate with internal experts, managers, and project partners to deliver high-quality solutions
Qualifications & Skills:

University degree (Master’s preferred) in engineering, building sciences, sustainability, or related fields

Knowledge of building technology, energy efficiency, or building management is an advantage

Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills

Eagerness to develop consulting skills and grow professionally
